The  main part  of the round belt type sorting  machine  is the ten pairs of  O  type  round  belts.  The
distance between round belts  is  narrower at the material  inlet section  and  becomes  wider  at the
material outlet.The whole sorting process is divided into several sections,and the distance between
round belts at each section  is a grade.  After the materials enter from  the feeding   hopper and drop
onto the paired round belts with same running speed,    the materials with diameter  smaller than the
distance between two belts will drop onto the lower hopper. At the front section  of the machine,  ten
groups of material arranging brush pieces are installed.If the materials are transverse and larger than
the distance between two brush pieces, they cannot pass through the material arranging brushesand
will be thrown out by brush pieces rotating at a high speed. Only when the materials are vertical and
smaller than the distance between two brush pieces, will they not be thrown out by brush pieces, so
that the sorting effect is ensured.
